Photo Sizes: 10x8" and 7x5" Display in Portrait or Landscape Orientation.

Frame Profile: Generous 2.5cm / 1 Inch textured silver plate surround with black fabric back and strut.

Where possible we try to dispatch all items within 4 working days, but please allow 7 working days for personalised items, unless otherwise stated. Personalised China and Trays are manufactured from scratch and will take a few weeks.

(Next Day delivery is not available for Trays, China Dishes, Photo Cut Outs or Silver Frame Engraving. These are made to order so we are unable to honour the guarantee).

International Delivery

We currently use Parcelforce or DPD for our UK orders, and DHL for International. 

Items sent by courier will require a signature on receipt. If you are out during the day please let us know where the parcel can be left to obtain a signature or can be left in a safe and dry place.
