UK and Northern Ireland

Where possible we try to dispatch all items within 1 working day but please allow 5 working days for personalised items, unless otherwise stated.

Personalised China and Trays are manufactured from scratch and will take a few weeks.

If you have an urgent request please either ring the office: 01488 448 401 or e-mail us as we can often help.

Delivery Charges:

Orders up to £90.00  . . . . £5.50

Orders over £90.00 . . . . .  £9.50

Orders of £250 or over . . . FREE

Guaranteed next working day delivery by 12pm, for all parcels ordered by 12pm  . . . £ 15.00

The delivery costs above are for the UK and Northern Ireland only.

The majority of our items are sent by courier for mainland UK, except the Highlands and Islands, 

Items sent by courier will require a signature on receipt. If you are out during the day please let us know where the parcel can be left to obtain a signature or can be left in a safe and dry place.

Orders Outside the UK and Northern Ireland

If ordering outside of the UK and Northern Ireland the website charge a delivery fee which may be altered at dispatch due to the final volumetric weight. We will contact you should the price change before dispatch.

All orders outside of the UK and Northern Ireland are sent under DAP (Delivered-at-place) and the customer is the bearer of all related local taxes, customs and import clearance costs, if applicable. We do not charge VAT on orders delivered outside of the UK and Northern Ireland.
