Finished with a slide in black velvet back stand, able to stand both portrait and landscape and beautifully gift boxed. 

Clean with a soft dry cloth. Please do not leave in direct prolonged sunlight

Where possible we try to dispatch all items within 4 working days, but please allow 7 working days for personalised items, unless otherwise stated. Personalised China and Trays are manufactured from scratch and will take a few weeks.

We currently use Parcelforce or DPD for our UK orders, and DHL for International. 

Items sent by courier will require a signature on receipt. If you are out during the day please let us know where the parcel can be left to obtain a signature or can be left in a safe and dry place.
