Handmade in the UK: All our china is handmade and handcrafted by one of our skilled china makers in the Longton region of Stoke-on-Trent.

Personalisation: The dish may be personalised on the rims with the child’s name and the relevant date. The dish may be made further unique by adding your own personalised message to the base of the china.

Care: Dishwasher not safe. Microwave not safe.

Where possible we try to dispatch all items within 4 working days, but please allow 7 working days for personalised items, unless otherwise stated. Personalised China and Trays are manufactured from scratch and will take a few weeks.

We currently use Parcelforce or DPD for our UK orders, and DHL for International. 

Items sent by courier will require a signature on receipt. If you are out during the day please let us know where the parcel can be left to obtain a signature or can be left in a safe and dry place.
