To avoid delays and postal strikes, our deliveries are always made by a private courier company. All books and albums will be dispatched within 4 days and all frames will be dispatched within 10 days. If you want a 24 hour service in an emergency, let us know and 9 times out of 10 we can do it.
Packing, delivery and insurance charges are calculated by weight. As an approximate guideline prices are as follows: - (You will be given the exact price during the check out procedure.)

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with any of our products, please return them postage paid, undamaged within 14 days and we will either replace the item or give you a full refund. Please be sure to Pack all products with the same care that we do. Damaged returns will not be refunded. |
